Shipping delays in all territories expected during Easter Weekend.
We are currently offering Free Shipping for all orders placed from the USA, EU, UK and Canada. For these territories, there is also no taxes or duties added to their quoted pursing price. If you live outside of these countries please refer to the relevant Country-Specific Rates below.

Shipping FAQs
No - unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
No extra import duties or taxes will be applied to deliveries in US, Canada, EU and UK. All other countries may have local duties and taxes applicable upon delivery. Drop us an email at support@tentsile.com if you have a shipping query.
You can typically expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 days from the day of placing your order (this is applicable to orders in US, Canada, Europe and UK).
However, while we do our very best to deliver within 3-5 days, sometimes things are just outside of our control - e.g. busy shopping periods, postal strikes, bad weather. We do our best to keep you up to date with delays and you will receive an email to let you know as soon as your order has been dispatched, which will include tracking information.
Due to recent difficulties for cross-border shipping, if the courier attempts to deliver your item, is unable to reach you, it will be returned to our warehouse. The cost of the return will be deducted from any refunds.
They are Tentsile WaterGates. Slip them onto the D-Ring to stop any water ingress during sustained periods of rain when the orange straps become fully soaked.
