We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Europe (EU), UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Mexico. If you live outside of these regions and you would like to order a Tentsile product, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Shipping FAQs
No - unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
No extra import duties or taxes will be applied to deliveries in US, Canada, EU and UK. All other territories may have local duties and taxes applicable upon delivery (such as Norway and Switzerland).
While we are still accepting and dispatching orders, we are experiencing delays due to the difficulties caused by COVID-19. We'll do our very best to deliver in the timescales outlined below, however, we can't be held accountable for delays caused by 3rd party shipping and fulfilment.
Due to recent difficulties for cross-border shipping, if the courier attempts to deliver your item, is unable to and it's returned to our warehouse, the cost of the return will be deducted from any refunds
They are Tentsile WaterGates. Slip them onto the D-Ring to stop any water ingress during sustained periods of rain when the orange straps become fully soaked.
