Warranty
Our products are meticulously designed and made to tough it out and provide shelter in some of the world's harshest environments. We are totally proud of the quality and durability of our range and have a guarantee to back it up!
All our Tree Tents and Giant Hammocks come with a 1-year Manufacturer's Warranty for our Classic Range and a 3-year Manufacturer's Warranty for our Safari Range.
If your tent or hammock arrives defective, or if it breaks or fails (outside of normal wear and tear) we will always repair your product or if necessary, issue a replacement.
Note: Pre-loved tents and hammock don't come with a warranty, however each pre-loved unit is thoroughly inspected, repaired, repacked and graded to ensure it meets our quality standards before being listed.
Our product warranty does not cover ratchets, straps or commercial use. To purchase a commercial warranty, please contact support@tentsile.com.

Shipping
While we are still accepting and dispatching orders, due to the difficulties caused by COVID-19 and Brexit, please expect a delivery timescale of 15 working days in UK and EU.
Europe Only: Thanks to recent difficulties for cross-border shipping, if the courier attempts to deliver your item, is unable to and it's returned to our warehouse, the cost of the return will be deducted from any refunds.

No extra import duties or taxes will be applied to deliveries in US, Canada, EU and UK. All other territories may have local duties and taxes applicable upon delivery.
